Fred Griffith, a native of Etowah County started in the building material business in 1970 working with builders, home owners, and suppliers. His career involves residential, multi-family construction, and subdivision development.
In addition to building single-family homes in the Gadsden area and condominiums on Alabama's coast, he has built several Stephen Fuller designs including "Country Chickering" in River Ridge located in Whorton Bend. This home has been featured on the cover of Southern Living House Plans several times.
